Refund Policy

Free Trial

Every new account includes a 14-day free trial. You will not be charged until the trial ends. Cancel any time during the trial and you owe nothing.

Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing page in your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain full access until then. We do not issue partial refunds for unused days in an active billing period.

SMS Add-On Credits

One-time SMS add-on purchases are non-refundable once credits have been used. Unused credits do not expire and remain on your account as long as your subscription is active.

Service Discontinuation

If Chored permanently shuts down, subscribers will receive a pro-rata refund of any prepaid fees covering the period after the shutdown date, and any unused SMS add-on credits will be refunded. See our Terms of Service for full details.

Exceptions

If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 30 days of the charge and we will investigate. Refunds for billing errors are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
