Information We Collect
We collect the mobile phone numbers of family members added by a household administrator, along with household data you provide (chores, schedules, car bookings, calendar events). Inbound SMS message content is stored temporarily to process your request and generate a reply.
How We Use Your Information
Phone numbers are used solely to send and receive SMS messages related to your household. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties except as required to deliver the service (Twilio for SMS delivery, OpenAI for AI responses).
Data Retention
Household data is retained for as long as the account is active. You may request deletion by contacting us. SMS logs are retained for 90 days.
